I am Greg Borsa, an attorney licensed in New York (2016) and Hungary (2023), with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, founders, and organizations across complex legal environments.
My work focuses on cross-border matters between the United States and Europe, combining practical legal advice with a deep understanding of how businesses and individuals actually operate.

Before entering private practice, I worked in-house at an organization running a study abroad program for U.S. students. I was involved from the initial setup through day-to-day operations, which gave me a hands-on perspective on the full lifecycle of an organization—from formation and compliance to ongoing management and growth. This experience continues to shape how I advise clients today: with a focus on practicality, efficiency, and real-world constraints.
I have worked extensively on immigration matters, supporting a wide range of situations—from individual relocation to more complex, multi-jurisdictional cases. In addition, I have managed legal issues for a high-net-worth individual across Hungary, Europe, and the United States, navigating regulatory, business, and personal legal challenges across borders.
Clients value my ability to quickly understand complex situations and translate them into clear, actionable guidance. My goal is not only to identify the right legal solution, but to explain it in a way that is easy to follow, so you know exactly what to do next.
Alongside my legal practice, I am passionate about civil liberties and education. I teach law and civil liberties to addictology students at Semmelweis University (SOTE), where I focus on making legal concepts accessible and relevant in practice.
I am fluent in Hungarian and English, with working proficiency in French.
Whether you are building a business, expanding internationally, or navigating legal challenges across jurisdictions, I aim to provide advice that is clear, strategic, and grounded in experience.
